1. V-Guard always try to deliver perfectly but, in some cases, if you want to initiate the return of any of the V-Guard Online Sold material, in such case, you are required to return the original box/price tag, original packing and invoice. For details, please refer to


 

TERMS OF CANCELLATION


2.1. Customer can cancel the order any time prior to the dispatch of the Product. The order cannot be cancelled once the dispatch has been initiated. However, once the Products have been dispatched, and Customer wish to cancel the order, please reach out to the Customer Support 0120- 4850100 / vg.care@vguard.in and request for order cancellation. V-Guard will put its best effort to avoid attempting a delivery. However, in case the delivery is attempted, Customer may reject the delivery.


2.2. The request for cancellation of the order can be made by cancelling the order from ‘My Orders’ section by using the order tracking number, or by calling our customer care number, or any other method, as may be intimated by V-Guard, from time to time.


2.3. On receipt of order cancellation request, order will be cancelled with immediate effect, and the refund process for prepaid orders will be initiated. Refund can take 7-10 working days after confirmation of cancellation.


 

TERMS OF RETURN AND REFUND


3.1 Customer may initiate return of Products within 10 days of delivery of product. V-Guard would accept the request for return of such Product subject to the terms of this Policy. V-Guard will not process the return if Customer have placed the order for a wrong Product model or colour.

 

3.2 Room heater product orders will be looked case to case basis, and if we find the concern is genuine than only, we will take return and process refunds.

 

3.3 Inverter & Battery combo and Battery orders will not be returned and refunded in any case. Any product related complaint will be solved by service center only.


3.4 V-Guard packages come with tamper proof packaging. Please ensure that Customer should not accept package (s) where the seal is tampered/and or outer package is damaged. Acceptance of a tampered or a damaged package will automatically disqualify the Customer from any return claims for physically damaged/defective Products, incorrect Product, or missing accessories.


3.5 Customer may register a complaint or request for return in My Orders section by clicking on the return/exchange button 


3.6 V-Guard will in its sole discretion verify if: (a) the defects and damages in the Products or the non-compliances claimed in such Products are acceptable by us, or (b) such defects, damages or non-compliances are due to our default, and will accordingly post verification, accept or reject the request for return. For such verification, V-Guard may request customers to send us images/video maximum up to 60 seconds or 2MB of the damaged or defective Product received, Product packaging images, and/or our personnel to schedule a visit to assess the damage or defect in the Product. Further, to the assessment of the damage or the concern reported in the return request, V-Guard may in its sole discretion resolve the issue subject to the assessment report, in a manner as it may deem fit.


3.7 Please be informed that when Customer opt to return the Products, upon V-Guard verification of the Products and the documents relating thereto, Customer shall return the product in its original condition with all parts intact (with the brand’s/manufacturer's box, packaging, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all     the accessories therein).Keeping the product ready for pick up (Return case)is customer’s responsibility. The refund amount for such Products which are eligible for return as per the terms of this Policy will be processed within a period of 7-10 business days from the date of us verifying the defect or the non-compliance in the Product. Customers refund will be processed only when the conditions as may be stipulated by V-Guard are fulfilled. The refund amount will be credited to the original payment mode opted by the Customer. Customer acknowledge that after initiation of refund, it may take additional time for the  refund to reflect in customer’s account, which is subject to your financial institution or payment solution provider terms and conditions.


3.8 Please be informed that for the Products, for which customer had opted for ‘Cash on Delivery’, as a payment option, Customer will receive refunds in their bank account (as per the bank account details provided by Customer to V-Guard). V-Guard do not make any cash refunds at any point of time.


3.9 The amount claimed as refund will be refunded to the Customer within 7-10 working days depending upon the mode of payment chosen by you. Sometimes banks or financial intermediaries take a longer time to process the refund request. However, if the refund does not happen by the date advised, you may contact us, and we will gladly help you.


3.10 V-Guard reserves the right at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to modify, vary, curtail, withdraw and extend the Return Policy.


3.11 No claim would be entertained in case non-submission of required documents by the the Customers to avail this policy.

3.13.The decision of V-Guard shall be final with regard to this policy.


3.14 Any dispute with regard to the Return Policy is subjected to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kochi only
