  1. The Bank Card base Cash Back offers are hosted by V-Guard Industries Limited (“V-Guard”) on its website [https://www.vguard.com/]
  2. This offer is provided by the partner banks in partnership with V-Guard on the Website.Check offer sections before transactions.
  3. Any person holding a valid card issued by the above described are eligible to avail the Offer.
  4. This Offer is not valid on corporate ,cobranded or commercial Cards issued by any of the participating Bank.
  5. Offer is applicable only on purchase of selected V-Guard Products by Cardholder on availing Equated monthly payment option (EMIs) on the PAY U payment gateway at the Website.
  6. The Offer is NOT applicable on payment made by customers using any other payment option.
  7. This is a Limited period offer.
  8. Offer is not applicable to V-Guard employee’s order transactions.
  9. Offer is valid within select cities only where product is deliverable as per Website.
  10. The offer is valid on purchase of selected V-Guard Products with minimum transaction value of Rs 2500/-
  11. One transaction per card per month is eligible for Cashback during the offer period. CashBack for all EMI transactions will be credited to the cardholder's card account 90 days from the last date of the transaction month.

This Offer will not be applicable if the Cardholder or V-Guard cancel the order and/or the Cardholder returns the Product and, in such a case, participation in the Offer will be deemed withdrawn. In such a scenario, only the net amount paid by the Cardholder will be refunded. In other words, the cashback will not be refunded and if paid will be taken back or adjusted by the Bank.
  13. Cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in this Offer. Any participation is voluntary, and the Offer is being made purely on a best effort basis.
  14. Any person availing this Offer will be deemed to have accepted these Offer Terms.
  15. Offer is by way of a special offer and nothing contained herein will prejudice or affect the terms and conditions of the Card member agreement with the Bank.
  16. Offer applicable till stocks last or the validity whichever is earlier.
  17. V-Guard reserves the right at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to modify, vary, curtail, withdraw and extend the offer or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not.
  18. The decision of V-Guard with regard to the offer is final.
  19. Any dispute with regard to the offer is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi only.
  20. EMI/No cost EMI Option and eligibility is available at the sole discretion of the Bank/Banks. Refer T&C of the Bank for the same.
  21. NCEMI and Bank cashbacks are not applicable on deal link/Coupons base orders.

  22. Credit card information collected for the purpose of payment of Product(s) purchased at Whirlpoolindia.com will be stored securely using a Secure Socket Layer ('SSL') technology and PGs are Data Security Standard (PCIDSS) compliant.

    Customer/User agrees, understands and confirms that the credit card details provided by Customer/User for availing of services on vguard.com will be correct and accurate and Customer/User shall not use the credit card which is un-lawfully owned or possessed by Customer/User, thus Customer/User must not pay or attempt to pay for Product(s) using fraudulent credit card information. Customer/User further agrees and undertakes to provide the correct and valid credit card details on vguard.com.
