Terms and Conditions
- After the product is delivered, the brand will automatically create an installation request and notify you via SMS.
- Within 24 hours of delivery, the brand will contact you to schedule a free installation appointment at a mutually agreed date and time.
- For standard installation, the brand will charge a nominal fee, which you can check on our main page.
- Standard installation covers connecting the water heater to the pre-existing plumbing line, providing a product demo, and labor for mounting the product.
- However, accessories such as flexipipe and ankle cock are available from the brand for an additional charge and are not covered under warranty.
- Please note that standard installation does not include de-installation of an old unit, procurement of accessories like hoses and installation kits, electrical or any related plumbing work, or post-installation plastering and tiling.

Duralis 500 Mainline Stabilizer installation terms:
*Free installation for limited period applicable.
1. The stabilizer is intended for indoor use only and should be installed in a well-ventilated area. Do not install the Stabilizer in kitchens, bathrooms, on slabs, or in locations with high temperature or humidity. Avoid exposure to rain, direct sunlight, dust, snow, or water spray.
2. Installation will follow the scope shown in the diagram below. A trained technician will connect the DURALIS 500 as per the diagram. Ensure that the load is distributed within the specified capacity.
3. The technician will connect the stabilizer’s input and output to the mains socket or DB box. Load distribution and connecting individual equipment are not included in the installation scope.
4. This stabilizer can support either a 2.0-ton air conditioner or lighting load up to 15 amperes—only one of these applications can run at a time.
Important Notes:
After the products are delivered, our service technician would visit your premise within 3-5 days from the date of delivery for installation.
You can also call your local electrician to install the Inverter & Battery system, if you can ensure that he knows the standard installation practices. If you are installing this power back up system for the first time in your house then you may need additional electrical wiring set up, and that would be chargeable over and above the standard installation cost. This, however, has to be managed by you.
